No. Creators are hired for the content they make, not for the audience they have, and the videos run as your ads, to the audience you target — not the creator's followers. We vet on camera presence, delivery, and whether they hit a deadline — a follower count never comes into it. If what you want is reach from a creator's own audience, that is influencer marketing, a different purchase, and we will tell you so rather than sell you a batch.
Yes. Every video is licensed to you for paid use on Meta and TikTok, whitelisting from the creator's handle included where you need it.
